Breakfast and after school club

Nursery School aged children –over 3’s

Our extended day provision is available for families who need wrap around childcare from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Extended day is staffed by people who have other roles within the centre so children quickly become familiar with the breakfast and after school teams.

Breakfast club
The morning breakfast session, held in the Community Centre, provides a breakfast for the children and a range of activities that link to the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and are based on children’s interests. Children eat and socialise with school friends before school. At 9:10am the staff take the children through to the school to their key person areas ready for the start of the school day.

After school club
The staff team collect the children and all of their belongings at 3:10pm from the key person group areas in the school. The staff also collect any letters or notes to pass on to parents and carers. The children go into the Community Centre where they again access a wide range of planned activities. The children have tea at 4:00pm, which is freshly prepared by our housekeeping staff. The menu is available on request.

For more details please contact the office team.
